Turn your laptop on  check the laptops LCD screen, and try to  see something on the display if you can see a dim or faint image  then it is possible that the Laptop’s LCD lid close switch is gone into the closed position. In this position  the backlight of the screen remains off even with the lid is open. This is  actually to conserve energy when the laptop is ON with the LID closed.

You have to check the LCD lid close switch. It is a small plastic pin located  near to  back LCD hinges. Try tapping the lid switch a few times to see if you can turn on the screen backlight. If that does not help, then I would suggest to replace the FL inverter board.
